Bloggin’ My CSA: Taco Edition
The bacon is my addition, mainly because I wasn’t using the chipotle salsa he calls for. I figured the bacon would bring its own smoky element. Two other local products in the meal: tortillas made fresh today from Atotonilco (my personal favorite local tortilleria), queso fresco from VV Supremo, and a Tabor Hill gewurztraminer from Michigan. I also made a quick cucumber salad with salt, pepper, and vinegar using a cucumber from the CSA box.
