Your Market is Probably Open This Weekend

The locavore, at least those who make eating local happen, are generally not taking this weekend off.  There’s a good shot that your farmer’s market is open on the 4th.  I know that Green City Market in Chicago and Oak Park Market are for sure open, and I believe that Evanston is also open.  I also know that the Logan Square Market is open on Sunday.    Hyde Park — 61st & Blackstone — will be open, too.
