I bought some a couple of weeks ago at the Green City Market, and just got around to making it.  It was delicious and different from commercial oatmeal.  This tasted earthier, and the slightly chewy texture was reminiscent of barley cooked risotto style.  The very nice folks from Three Sisters put some cooking directions on the bag, but I'd ignore those.  The 7-9 minutes they suggest didn't seem like nearly enough, and I thought the oatmeal was much better after more like 30 minutes.  Covered for the first 20, then uncovered for the last 10.  At 9 minutes the oatmeal was still too chewy for my taste.
