Geneva Green Winter Market – Saturday, 9 a.m – 1 p.m., Ingelnook Pantry, 11 North Fifth Street,Geneva Il, 630-208-9321. Organic milk from Sassy Cow, cheeses, beef, lamb, pork, homemade bread, honey, locally made dog food and treats.  Low on greens, but once the Sun gets warmer the greens will grow in the hoophouse from Erehwon farms.   Local Breakfast by Inglenook Pantry is also served, made with local bacon, eggs and other great eats.  This will be going on until the open air Geneva Green Market starts on June 4th.  Moving back to Thursdays: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Hertiage Prairie Market is open every day.  They have greens.  They have a hoophouse that is heated, and a baby calf that was just born in the barn. They have many local items to offer, from dry goods to fresh food.

Thanks for the report.  Me, personally, I wish Geneva Winter stayed on Thursdays as I'd have more of an excuse to go there during the week than on Satudays. 

I know you mentiond Curds and Whey in the cheese thread.  That store is worth noting again.  It really is one of the best sources of cheese in the Chicago area, me personally, I just wish it was not so far away!  Curds and Whey is in the same complex as Inglenook Pantry mentioned upthread.
