I stopped at Green Grocer Chicago today. They had a good showing of what constitutes spring food around here. That is from the hoops of Windy City Harvest came the most delicate collards and chards you'd ever see; plus big bags of lettuce leaves. In addition, Green Grocer had some indoor grown herbs from AquaRanch.

I was in there to pick up the Spring mix. She had tiny ramps, of which I picked up a handful. I also love the bulk spice section that she's put in.
