Tom Keith has been a homebrewer for over 15 years, and a beer drinker for decades prior to that. Professionally, he's a marketing guy for hire, running Thomas Keith & Associates, which at one time included Chicago's late, lamented Golden Prairie Brewery as a client. Since writing for The Local Beet, he has developed a tiny bit of expertise about brewing beers with beet juice.
