In this interactive workshop, the Learning Center’s Program Director in Chicago, Martha Boyd, guides participants to map their steps to the urban farm business of their dreams. -

- Katie Wiegman, Garden Manager, will describe her experience farming in proprietary gardens of two restaurants: Big Delicious Planet Big Delicious Planet and Bayless Organic Garden.
Participants will leave the workshop with more clarity about their own vision and process needed to move it forward.
