Eat local shrimp, no really!
Right now, the Condiment Queen is off meat, but she insists that some day, flesh will touch her tongue again; only on that day, and on any other fleishig day, it will have to be sustainable meat. Looks like Roti is a possibility.
This makes sense to me, as my interest in eating local has also raised my interest in hunting–it’s just all the expenses that’s stopping me.
