The Food Day Chicago Collective Event serves to culminate the Food Day Chicago 2013 campaign with an event on October 24 at Daley Plaza, downtown Chicago, from 8am to 4pm. Food Day is a national movement, started by the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) in 2011, and is recognized across the country on October 24. Food Day encourages us to “Eat Real” and celebrate healthy, affordable, safe, and sustainable food.


SEEKING ORGANIZATIONS & ACTIVITY LEADERS! Apply Today!  
We are in search of organizations to educate participants through engaging presentations/interactive activities/etc. 
The Collective Event will showcase your activities and good work around food and eating real to over 300 individuals of all ages from across Chicago.

**Please note that Collective Event participating organizations are required to attend the August, September, and October Food Day Chicago planning meetings and a Collective Event planning meeting in August (date TBA).
