All-Michigan Wine Dinner @ Signature Room, Oct. 27

Chef Patrick Sheerin will be preparing a five course meal paired with local wine by two preeminent Michigan wineries, L. Mawby and Good Harbor, both located on the Leelanau Peninsula.  L. Mawby is quickly gaining a reputation for its California-style sparkling wines made in the French méthode champenoise.  Good Harbor is a family Fishtown winery located on the west side of the Leelanau near Sleeping Bear Dunes, and focuses on approachable — and approachably priced — wines.  Both wineries are an excellent introduction to local wines for the uninitiated.
