Big List of Chicagoland CSAs Gets Bigger

March 22, 2010 at 1:15 pm

For an Internet site, ink is cheap.  Likewise, once we figured out how to plug in a table, typesetting entries aint that hard either.  So, all it takes is time.  Time our local oenophile, Wendy Aeshlimann, puts in weekly to make our CSA list bigger and bigger.  We are very proud to continue to identify and include area farms offering Community Supported Agriculture.  We also thank our friends at Slow Food Chicago who have helped us know about a few new items.  Mostly, we thank the farmers for offering CSAs and for letting us know about their products.  We [ed., you mean Wendy?] are not resting.  We plan  on making the CSA directory as big as necessary.

The most current version can be found here.

How can we get our farm listed on your CSA site? We are a small family owned farm in Richmond, Illinois. We do a fall CSA when our regular market season is over.
