Today’s Shopping Pics

I saw these guys today at the Logan Square Farmers Market and I had a hard time passing them up. They’ll be eaten tonight in one form or another.

I have a feeling they’ll be accompanied by these beauties from our own Vera Videnovich (Videnovich Farms)

BTW, Videnovich Farms has some of the best persian cucumbers I’ve tasted this year. I dice them up and dress them with a little vinegar, salt, and herbs.
