Meet the Beet and Kendall Dean Thursday at Eli’s Cheesecake
The Local Food Systems Lecture Series at Eli’s Cheesecake Factory gets off to a rousing start on Thursday. The first speaker will be Chris Koetke, Dean of the Culinary School at Kendall College.
