Last week, Lee Zukor inspired us with a post on how local food changes you. This week, Lee asks what local foods do we love. My problem about making a whole column stealing Lee’s work (again), is the question, is the local foods I love that different from my 50 Quintessential Local Foods? Well, yes, I believe Lee is talking about local food producers, not just generic local “food”. He cites a local chocolatier, a cheese company, grass-fed beef. What local foods do I love?
