I've been quite pleased with my Cedar Valley farm share. In fact, just last night, I wrote a little post on my experience with it, A Chicken in Many Pots (http://having-company.blogspot.com/). I've been impressed by the variety of what we receive. Right now in our freezer we have a rolled rump roast, 2 half chickens, beef stir fry, beef polish sausages, 3 pounds of ground beef, a pork shoulder steak and 2 rib eye steaks, which we'll be enjoying this evening. We also got our turkey from the farm this year. We've been eating local, heritage turkeys at Thanksgiving for 6 years now and this was one of the very best - moist, tender and incredibly flavorful.
